Cashier – Employee should be articulate and personable, able to engage customers with good customer service skills; work with speed in a fast-paced environment and assist in food running. Accuracy in handling cash is a must.
Concession worker – Employee must have the ability to prepare simple food items including working on grill and wrapping food. Insure that hot food is hot and cold food is cold in compliance with company standards and law. Insure proper setup, upkeep and breakdown of condiment stations. Participate in cleaning of stand at the end of an event. Assist cashier in assembling customer’s orders. Maintain a clean, neat and safe workplace, and interact with customers, and resolve problems to assure customer satisfaction.
