The duties of the data entry clerk will include receiving tickets from technicians from sites to be formatted correctly before being sent to the invoicing/billing team. The data entry clerk will format the ticket correctly, ensure that pricing is correct and put on the ticket in the correct spot as well. The clerk will then relay tickets over to the invoicing team for bills to be sent out to the client. Will be going through about 250 tickets a day.
