Tutors will provide small group and individual instruction to middle and/or high school students through the level of Algebra I. Individualized plans to remediate students in mathematics through modeling, demonstrating, explaining, reviewing and assessing student work will be formulated by tutors. Accurate records of student progress will be maintained by tutors. Tutors must have a firm understanding of mathematics content through the high school level. The ideal candidate will have prior teaching or tutoring experience.
